Terrible.
Wish I had checked the BBB before calling.. more than likely I would be a happy customer with ANOTHER company right now. They showed up late, left the place a mess and burned my shower surround to bubbles with a torch. 'oh well, too bad..You were going to replace it someday anyhow" was the response. Then called the cops on me when I insisted on getting a superviser before I paid for all this. But, the leak is gone. Guess I got what I called for.. and so much more! (customer 1, 09/08/2009)
